About the Role

Brick and Land Constructions is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant  to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations—providing administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining internal communication, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Your clerical and organizational skills will help keep our fast-moving construction business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive assistance to management.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and schedules.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, meeting coordination, and office administration.
  • Prioritize and multitask to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive assistance.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Solid clerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
