Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and executing executive administrative assistance tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining office supplies, preparing correspondence, and performing clerical duties to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations.

Qualifications

- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
