Position Overview: The Digital Operations Specialist will bring e-commerce and other digital sales operations knowledge and experience to facilitate the development of work plans supporting our digital projects, and control their implementation across multiple channels (own websites, Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo), working closely with the PMC Team members, our clients’ digital teams and supporting 3rd party specialized agencies.Key Responsibilities:
l Interface with PMC’s and its clients’ Teams to develop the digital strategies and work plans, supporting the overall business goals
l Manage / Support the SEO/SEA, the localization of websites and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.), digital campaigns, and the overall performance of the conversion funnel
l Define KPIs, put in place dashboards to control the successful implementation of digital work plans, devise timely corrective plans to optimize performance
l Help select, coordinate with, and control the external agencies
l Support digital marketing activities with insights for content creation, social media activities, and influencers
l Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, train colleagues, and upgrade internal tools and processes when necessary

主な 業務：
l PMCおよびクライアントのチームと連携し、デジタル戦略および作業計画を策定し、全体的な事業目標をサポートする
l SEO/SEA、ウェブサイトのローカライズ、デジタル広告（Google Ads、Meta Ads、Amazon Adsなど）、デジタルキャンペーン、コンバージョンファネルの全体的なパフォーマンスを管理/サポートする
l KPIを定義し、ダッシュボードを設置し、デジタルワークプランの成功を管理し、パフォーマンスを最適化するためのタイムリーな修正プランを考案する
l 外部エージェンシーの選定、調整、管理をサポートする
l コンテンツ制作、ソーシャルメディア活動、インフルエンサーに関するインサイトでデジタルマーケティング活動をサポートする
l 業界のトレンドやベストプラクティスを常に把握し、同僚に情報共有し、必要に応じて社内のツールやプロセスをアップグレードする
Requirements
EN
l 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in consumer products.
l Successful track record in managing websites and digital operations on online platforms such as Shopify or marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, and Yahoo
l Excellent analytical, communication, creative, and organizational skills.
l Native or Fluent (JLPT N1) in Japanese and proficient in English
l A business/marketing degree will be advantageous

Requirements
