Job Title: O365 ExpertLocation: Noida (Base) | ⏰ Shift: EST TimingsExperience: 10+ YearsAvailability: Immediate to 15 DaysAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced O365 Expert to join our team. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, security best practices, and migration procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing O365 environments across collaboration, communication, and security functions.Key Responsibilities:O365 Administration:- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.- Oversee user management, licensing, and security configurations.- Utilize PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.- Maintain proficiency in O365 admin portals and tools.O365 Security:- Implement and manage O365 security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data encryption.- Ensure compliance with security standards, IAM, DLP, and threat protection.- Monitor and enhance O365 security posture using Microsoft best practices.☁️ O365 Migrations:- Plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange or other cloud environments to O365.- Apply migration methodologies (staged, cutover, hybrid) effectively.- Minimize downtime and data loss during migrations.O365 Collaboration & Communication:- Configure and manage Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.- Create and manage Teams channels, permissions, and integrations with other O365 services.- Knowledge of Teams Phone System and calling features is an advantage.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for O365 environments.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest O365 features and updates.- Preferred Certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.If you’re an experienced O365 professional passionate about driving collaboration and security excellence in Microsoft 365 environments, we’d love to connectApply now or share your profile with us.
