💼 Job Title: O365 Expert 📍 Location: Noida (Base) | ⏰ Shift: EST Timings 🕒 Experience: 10+ Years 📅 Availability: Immediate to 15 Days About the Role: We are looking for an experienced O365 Expert to join our team. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, security best practices, and migration procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing O365 environments across collaboration, communication, and security functions. Key Responsibilities: 🔧 O365 Administration: - Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services. - Oversee user management, licensing, and security configurations. - Utilize PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks. - Maintain proficiency in O365 admin portals and tools. 🔒 O365 Security: - Implement and manage O365 security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data encryption. - Ensure compliance with security standards, IAM, DLP, and threat protection. - Monitor and enhance O365 security posture using Microsoft best practices. ☁️ O365 Migrations: - Plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange or other cloud environments to O365. - Apply migration methodologies (staged, cutover, hybrid) effectively. - Minimize downtime and data loss during migrations. 💬 O365 Collaboration & Communication: - Configure and manage Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication. - Create and manage Teams channels, permissions, and integrations with other O365 services. - Knowledge of Teams Phone System and calling features is an advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for O365 environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest O365 features and updates. - Preferred Certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
