Senior Systems Administrator

How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day: Design and develop software solutions in support of automation and robotics automation software, and serve as a technical resource for the automation team Design, develop, test, and deploy software engineering solutions Manage automation software development projects, develop and maintain automation software standards, and gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions Assist with the creation of automation prototypes Understand safety procedures and train team members on safe work practices Lead troubleshooting efforts on automation projects Process and document automation test plans Lead or participate in an estimation process Perform other duties as assigned Required: Administration experience with a SSO provider (e.g. Ping, Okta, BetterCloud) Authentication and authorization protocols (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed) Implementing and interacting with REST APIs Cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, GCP) (DB and serverless computing experience is a plus) IPaaS experience (e.g. Workato, Okta workflows, MuleSoft) 4+ years experience automating IT processes, systems and deployments Keen sense of implementing best practices and keeping security front and center while administering and writing automation processes Solid understanding of data protection practices and security protocols Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Excellent written communication and verbal listening plus interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Desired: Database configuration and administration (MySQL/Postgres/NoSQL) Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Jenkins/Github Actions) Experience with Infrastructure Automation of both On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure/Technologies Containerization administration and configuration (Docker/Kubernetes) Windows server installation and administration (Active directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R, Office 365) Version control system exposure (Perforce/GIT/Subversion) Linux configuration and administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu) Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform/Ansible) #LI-HybridAt Coupa, we’re building a great company that is laser-focused on three core values: ensuring customer success with an obsessive and unwavering commitment to making customers successful, focusing on results with a relentless focus on delivering results through innovation and having a bias for action, and striving for excellence with our commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.At Coupa, we have a solid and innovative team dedicated to improving the spend management processes of today's dynamic businesses.
