Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy solutions, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading our sales efforts in the region. Applicants must come with a 3 to 4-month sales pipeline and orders to demonstrate their network and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and generate new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored renewable energy solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar and O&M
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Must have an existing sales pipeline and orders for the next 3 to 4 months.
