JOB RESPONSIBILITY Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to RFP/RFIs Individually create solutions document and approach based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks provision of support throughout the sell Proactively working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort. Developing webinars/marketing material. QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET 4 7 years ofexperience. A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecom, IT, Software) is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A person must have good understanding of Telecom technology specifically in FTTX, Core and aggregate network. Expertise in processing GIS data using MapInfo, QGIS or any other GIS tool. Minimum 2 years of experience in any GIS Telecom Inventory tool. E.G. Network Engineer, SmallWorld, Arc FM, Smart Inventory or any other tool. Must be an active listener and good presenter. Outstanding documentation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design Ability to multitask and prioritize.
