Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement the mobile strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and trends, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize mobile features and enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in mobile development processes and practices.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in mobile development, with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
