Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior DevSecOps SME who will be a part of theDevSecOps Practice team Define evolve and maintain DevSecOpsstandards practices and process. Work with DevSecOps PracticePlatforms & Value Streams to continuously improve overallDevSecOps maturity.
Engage with business teams &stakeholders to articulate DevSecOps opportunities andvalue.
Engage with the platform owners and teams(Strategic Core Data Integration Digital etc.) to plan and adoptDevSecOps practices.
Ability to appreciate complexitiesand dependencies across all platforms to decide on DevSecOpsstandards and exception.
DevSecOps Solution designassessment based on technology.
Ability to work withArchitecture Review Boards Cyber Security to secure approvals ontool choices solution etc Experience with multiple DevSecOpstooling & technology to build a PoV on modernising andsimplifying the DevOps processes Identify scope Analyse Design andDevelop end to end DevSecOps or CICD solution for platformapplications.
Coach and train platform engineers onDevSecOps methodology and solution for effective use ofcapabilities and to enable crossfunctional autonomous team culture.
Provide guidance and consultancy for issue resolutionwith DevSecOps pipelines.
DevSecOps governance andreporting across Platforms & Value Streams.

Technical Skills: CloudPlatform and Services experience
Azure/Hybrid Cloud/SaaSExperience and proficiency with any CICD tooling
AzureDevOps etc. Scripting experience Bash and PowerShell YAML/JSONExperience with any gitbased version control system
Bitbucket Azure Git Repos Experience with any Project management orcollaboration tooling
Jira Confluence Experience withany Code Quality tooling
SonarQube Experience with anyArtifact Management tooling
Jfrog ArtifactoryExperience in endtoend CI/CD pipeline development and integrationwith DevOps tooling Experience with Application Security scanningSAST DAST IAST SCA Experience
Professional& Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience inServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITILprocesses and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding ofServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. -Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management,Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solvingand analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidateshould have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNowdevelopment. - The ideal candidate will possess a strongeducational background in computer science or a related field,along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNowsolutions.
