We are a fast-growing marketing and tech solutions company that helps businesses scale in the digital world. We are looking for a LinkedIn Content Strategist to join our team and drive client success through effective content strategies and performance optimization.

Role Overview:

As a LinkedIn Content & Strategy Specialist, you will develop and execute LinkedIn strategies, create engaging content, and optimize performance to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop LinkedIn strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with the brand.
  • You can take help of Ai Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ). However, the content should never be directly copied from AI outputs; it must be manually reviewed and refined to ensure it feels natural and humanized.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles (personal & company) and manage daily posts.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Collaborate with internal teams on multimedia content.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and LinkedIn content generation tools.
  • Experience with content calendars and strategy development.
  • Knowledge of other platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X) is a plus.

  • Content reach and impressions
  • Lead generation and conversions
