About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Content Strategist with a proven track record in the advertising industry, capable of crafting out-of-the-box social media strategies and high-performing content calendars. If you're someone who can think creatively across industries, juggle multiple brands effortlessly, and translate business goals into compelling content — we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in a creative or digital ad agency, who's handled diverse portfolios and understands the nuances of content planning for different platforms and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create detailed monthly content calendars tailored to each brand's tone, industry, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to ensure cohesive and engaging campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to ideate fresh content angles.
  • Work across a variety of industries – from lifestyle and fashion to tech, BFSI, FMCG, and more.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting voice and messaging for different clients.
  • Be a part of brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and pitch presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy or social media marketing in an advertising/digital agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brands and industries handled.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize creative, unconventional ideas that perform.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, Trello, or similar for content planning.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and an understanding of digital trends and audience psychology.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics.

Eligibility:

  • Mumbai-based candidates only. This is an on-site role.
