Responsibilities:
-      Manage and coordinate all sales activities, ensuring effective communication between management, clients, and other departments.
-      Lead business development initiatives by identifying and reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and expanding the client base.
-      Implement a robust correspondence (calling and email) strategy for prospective clients.
-      Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and actively participate in key stages to drive success.
-      Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
-      Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
-      Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
-      Actively engage and build relations with brokers & industry sources for information on pricing, product trends & overall state of the market.
-      Act as a liaison between management, operations, and other internal departments to streamline and optimize customer experience.
Requirements:
-      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-      Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Perfumery & Flavours industry or related field.
-      Proven track record of strong coordination and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
-      Demonstrated proficiency in business development, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
-      In-depth understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to navigate the sales cycle effectively.
-      Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
-      Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
-      Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to achieving goals.
