e are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent across a range of AEC roles, including architects, engineers, project managers, construction professionals, and technical support staff. A strong understanding of the AEC industry and its hiring challenges is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to AEC industry roles.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, employee referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry networking events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Solid understanding of roles and terminology across architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for niche roles like BIM specialists, Architect
- Knowledge of union and non-union hiring practices (if applicable).
- Experience with diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives in AEC.

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
