Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for further rounds
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment drives
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
