Job description | V Catch | Inside sales Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (International - Australian Process) Location: Bangalore (On-site) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation to join our team for an Australian process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with 2-3 years of experience in generating high-quality leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct B2B cold calls to Australian small and medium-sized businesses to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions. Qualify leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline . Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement. Consistently update CRM systems with accurate information on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales approaches. Key Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales and cold calling for lead generation in an international process . Proven experience in an Australian process is highly desirable . Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets . Must provide pay slips from the previous employer that include incentives earned as proof of sales performance. Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
