Catering Manager

Location: Delhi- Sunder Nagar

Salary Range: 30,000 35,000

Experience: 3+ years

Role & Responsibilities

Handle end to end catering operations for corporate and social events.

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and customize menus.

Manage a catering team, ensuring quality service and timely delivery.

Maintain hygiene, quality, and presentation standards.

Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business.

Track catering budgets, billing, and ensure profitability.

Vendor Management – Waiter Hiring, Chef Hiring on Event basis.

Production planning, Staff planning, Equipment planning for every event.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in catering / hospitality industry.

* Strong communication and client handling skills.

Leadership qualities with ability to manage staff efficiently.

* Knowledge of F&B operations and hygiene standards.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
