Description:The Partnership and Alliance Associate will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Off The Grid's growth objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for building strong, long-term relationships with key external partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with potential companies, organizations, or platforms that align with business goals and objectives.Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with businesses that align with company goals.Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular communication, engagement, and collaboration.Lead the negotiation process, crafting win-win agreements that maximize the value for both parties.Manage relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.Work closely with marketing, product, and sales to ensure that partnership strategies are aligned with company objectives and that all partnership processes are executed effectively.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform strategy and identify new B2B collaboration possibilities.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.1-2 years of

experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances (or relevant fields).Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and business development lifecycle.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Entrepreneurial passion to drive things from 0 to 1.
