Description:
The Partnership and Alliance Associate will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Off The Grid's growth objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for building strong, long-term relationships with key external partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with potential companies, organizations, or platforms that align with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with businesses that align with company goals.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular communication, engagement, and collaboration.
- Lead the negotiation process, crafting win-win agreements that maximize the value for both parties.
- Manage relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales to ensure that partnership strategies are aligned with company objectives and that all partnership processes are executed effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform strategy and identify new B2B collaboration possibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances (or relevant fields).
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and business development lifecycle.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial passion to drive things from 0 to 1.
