Roles and Responsibilities Work from Office (5 Days working) Female Candidate required HR Operations and Special Projects Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects - Preparation of First Impression Reports ( & Days) - Providing Buddy - Implementation of code of conduct - Conducting Open house and capturing the grievances and suggestions - Designing the system, process policies as per the requirement. - Handle employee grievances and respond to day to day employee enquiries - Maintain and update the organization structure and employee database for the zone Loan Approvals, Special Projects like Job evaluation, functional competency, Comp & BenefitTo enforce implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization Execute and facilitate the completion of following phases: Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual Review Coach managers on the process of evaluating employees and conducting an objective performance feedback dialogue through Workshops To prepare the talent management review document and facilitation in career and succession planning for Sales, Service, Learning, Marketing and rural Vertical, Media & Commuter brand, OBL
