partsbaba.com is a premier B2B e-commerce platform specializing in the sale of IT parts and hardware. We provide range of parts to pan India repair shops, service centers and field engineers with online technical skill training courses. Our target is to hit 1 lakh computer repair shops by 2026.

We are currently seeking an experienced B2B Sales and Customer Retention Manager to lead our sales initiatives and strengthen our relationships with key business clients.


Job Description

As a B2B Sales and Customer Retention Manager , you will play a critical role in growing Partsbaba’s client base, managing and driving customer retention strategies. You will lead a sales team, implement growth strategies, and ensure that our B2B customers receive exceptional service. This position demands a blend of leadership, deep product knowledge, and a customer-first approach, especially in the fast-paced B2B ecommerce parts industry.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the B2B IT parts sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure optimal performance, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential customer segments (IT service providers, resellers, system integrators).


Customer Retention & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Design and implement customer retention programs, reducing churn and improving lifetime value.
  • Oversee account management activities, ensuring all client needs are met and issues are resolved swiftly.


Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in both the IT parts industry and customer engagement best practices.
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team, regularly assessing performance and providing actionable feedback.


Sales Process Improvement

  • Continuously refine the sales process to streamline operations, improve lead conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
  • Leverage CRM tools (such as Zoho CRM) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and produce accurate sales forecasts.

  • Experience in Scaling: Prior experience in scaling a hyperlocal consumer tech company is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for turning complex information into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
