Job Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end solar plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, workforce & safety) with a strong focus on efficiency, cost optimization, compliance & continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily plant operations production, quality, maintenance, logistics
  • Drive production targets (volume, quality, delivery timelines)
  • Ensure equipment uptime with preventive & breakdown maintenance
  • Implement Lean, Kaizen, TPM & process automation
  • Strict adherence to HSE, ESG & regulatory compliance
  • Manage workforce planning, shift discipline & manpower optimization
  • Optimize cost, waste reduction & resource utilization
  • Collaborate with supply chain & procurement for material planning
  • Track plant KPIs and present regular reports to leadership
  • Lead audits, client visits, statutory inspections
  • Build a high-performance culture with accountability & teamwork
