Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Bancassurance in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and establishing bancassurance relationships, driving sales targets, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with bank staff, conducting sales activities, training bank employees, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Bancassurance
- Strong relationship-building and customer-focused skills
- Proficiency in training and developing team members
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
