• Supervise and inspect all on-site waterproofing works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and approved methods.


• Verify correct application of waterproofing systems including membranes, coatings, sealants, and admixtures.

  • Conduct regular site visits to multiple project locations to monitor ongoing waterproofing activities.


• Identify and rectify any quality issues or defects in coordination with the site team and vendors.


• Train Engineers, Foremen, and Workers on best waterproofing practices, approved methods, and safety precautions.


• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and material manufacturers guidelines.


• Assist in the preparation of waterproofing method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and checklists.


• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors for mock-ups, inspections, and approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation of waterproofing procedures, inspections, and training conducted.


• Provide technical support to project teams during design, procurement, and execution phases.

Preferred candidate profile


• Minimum 15-20 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing supervision across residential and commercial buildings.


• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials and systems (e.g., bituminous membrane, PU coatings, cementitious waterproofing, etc.).


• Proven experience in training and mentoring construction site teams.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.


• Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently.


• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between multiple project sites in different regions.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
