Role: Inventory Audit

Job Location: Mumbai (Includes Traveling in Pan India inventory stores)

Qualification:

Any Graduation
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil( Preffered )

Preference is given to stable and should be from Construction background.

Job roles and responsibility:
1. Inventory Audit Management:

  1. Plan Pan India Audit Schedule for respective FY, ensuring to cover all sites & Godowns as per SOP.
  2. Travel and conduct stock audits for all items (Consumable, Non-Consumable, Machinery etc) across PAN India sites
  3. Highlight major variations and observation

2. Process compliance & Governance:

  1. Prepare stock audit report with proper comments for variations if any.
  2. Follow up with project team for rectification entries if any as per observations audit comments within TAT time of 2 days post audit.
  3. Prepare and present multiple MIS reports pertaining to audits conducted on a monthly basis.
  4. Review with project team monthly with GM & SCM on audits conducted findings.
