Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer on-site and remote technical assistance to clients regarding product usage, application techniques, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct field demos, site visits, and product presentations to educate customers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth by identifying project requirements and proposing appropriate product solutions.
  • Monitor on-site application of products, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for contractors, applicators, and internal sales teams on product knowledge and usage.
  • Maintain records of site visits, customer feedback, technical issues, and resolutions; prepare weekly activity and technical reports.
  • Provide insights to the R&D and Sales teams on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical support, construction sites, or field sales (construction chemicals, waterproofing, admixtures preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and building materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
