Job Brief:We're seeking an experienced and driven Solution Engineer to complement our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in the field, adept at leveraging their expertise to deliver innovative solutions. As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our senior team members, leveraging your experience to analyse client needs, architect technical solutions, and contribute to the sales process. Basic Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.5-6+ years of progressive experience in a technical role, with a focus on Solution Engineering or related areas.

Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn.Programming knowledge in

Python (automation, data analysis, backend), JavaScript (web development, interactive UIs), Java (enterprise, scalable backend), SQL (database management, querying), Shell Scripting (automation, server tasks).Fundamental knowledge on HTML/CSS

for creating and styling web pages.Experience with Node.js, Django, Flask, or Spring for server-side development.Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux, Windows, Mac systems, and Virtualization technologies.Extensive experience in database like Mongo, MySQLDemonstrated expertise in solution design and architecture, with a strong portfolio of successful projects and implementations.In-depth understanding of software architecture, APIs, and emerging technologies.Proven track record of developing and delivering complex technical proposals, project plans, and solutions tailored to client needs.Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.Extensive experience in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and standards.Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments and disciplines.Prior experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or software development is highly advantageous.A history of delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

Utilize extensive industry experience to engage with clients at a strategic level, understanding their long-term business objectives and challenges. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Solution Architecture and Design:

Leverage deep technical expertise and a proven track record to lead the design and architecture of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. Work closely with the Pre-sales team to translate client requirements into innovative and effective technical solutions that drive business value.Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our solutions.Technical Consultation and Mentorship:

Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the Customer Support Services (CSS) team, leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in script-based patching and advanced troubleshooting techniques for paid products.Proof of Concept (PoC):

Lead the development and execution of sophisticated proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with client expectations. Demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions through hands-on experimentation and validation.Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation, including detailed solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Establish best practices for knowledge management and documentation to facilitate efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization.Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to enhance solution engineering capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
