Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to drive sales and lead a growing team. You'll manage the full sales cycle while mentoring a new team of sales agents. This hybrid role offers rapid growth potential into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Management:

  • Manage customer lifecycle, including cold calls, hot leads, and follow-ups

  • Create quotes, negotiate contracts, and handle objections

  • Provide customer support and secure testimonials

  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team

  • Monitor performance and ensure targets are met

  • Provide ongoing training and guidance

  • Process & Technology:

  • Use and train team on CRM (Zoho CRM preferred), IVR, and sales tools

  • Document sales activities and maintain CRM database

  • Collaborate with operations team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of B2C sales experience with proven track record

  • Team handling or leadership experience a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable

  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English preferred

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role with option to work from home initially

  • Eventual transition to corporate office in Trivandrum

  • Candidates from Kochi, Kollam, or Trivandrum preferred
