Job Title: National Marketing Manager – Domestic

Department: Surgical Sales


Job Purpose:

  • Generate demand through Identification market potential and target setting and forecasting for the Nation.
  • Creating, Strategizing and Ensure implementation of Marketing Plan for surgical business line for the Country which will ensure desired out comes.
  • Ensure quality of Sales by monitoring and maintaining prescribed norms.
  • Develop / coach talent at Managerial levels.
  • Ensure compliance of company and country compliance norms applicable.


Major Accountabilities:

  • Manages forecasts and achieves sales goals –annual quarterly and monthly for through assigned regional teams.
  • Responsible to develop and implement an sales and promotional strategy that increases Aurolab’s market share in units and values. This shall be achieved in alignment with other arms of company such as marketing, division, support etc.
  • Lead, prepare annual sales budget, sales plan, forecasts and & other plan of action for the country and each region.
  • Design and recommend sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies for each region with help of marketing teams.
  • Build & manage KOLs for Country.
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to strengthen the business portfolio, Implement strong system & process for bringing quality sales.
  • Provide quality services to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times
  • Identify, track and notify competitor market strategies and activities.
  • Ensuring Recruitment, Coaching to retain talent. Develop talent pipeline for the country.
  • Analyze & identify training & development needs of the team and sales force.
  • Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
  • Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team


Ideal Background:

Education

University Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Business Administration, or Marketing

MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage

Complete command of English with excellent spoken, reading and writing skills.

Knowledge of major regional language is an added advantage


Experience requirement:

12+ years in Sales Management role including 5 years of Managing managers (i.e. 2nd Line managers)

Product management experience for 2 years in case of Internal applicants(in applicable cases, optional)


Languages:

Proficiency in English
