Freelance Human Resources Consultant

Description: We are seeking an experienced freelance HR consultant to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our immigration firm & marketing agency team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent for content creation, social media, and web development roles and experience managing remote hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the firm's leadership to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions for various roles (Senior Content Writer, Junior Content Writers, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Social Media Manager, and Web Developer)- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks- Screen resumes and portfolios to identify the most suitable candidates- Conduct initial interviews (phone or video) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit with the company culture- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the firm's leadership- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates- Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates and prepare offer letters- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires- Guide managing and monitoring remote employees and tell us its better to have a remote team or a physical location in Delhi.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment for content creation, digital media, and web development roles- Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for content writing, graphic design, video editing, social media management, and web development positions- Experience in managing remote hiring processes and working with clients and candidates across different time zones- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is a plus
Project Duration: 2-3 months (or until all positions are filled)
