Responsibilities

1 Building and maintaining client relationships. A client relationship manager’s primary role is to build a strong relationship with their client and maintain it for the­­ duration of the service(s)­­­2 Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s inquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergencies. Provide timely assistance and resolution to address any issues or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.3 Act swiftly to address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances affecting customers' trips. Ensuring Customers satisfaction. Let the customer feel heard5 efficient customer service skills require an empathetic nature. Should be being able to resolve their issues with ease and professionalism.6 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergencies. Provide timely assistance and resolution to address any issues or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
