Role & responsibilities

Greeting Students as they arrive makes a great first impression and helps them feel comfortable to discuss the concerns/issues.

Handling complaints: Things don't always run smoothly, so it's a guest relations managers job to handle and resolve complaints and then follow up to make sure every things back on track.

Taking care of students with special needs

Communication. Guest relations managers are responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between staff and students.

Fielding feedback. This includes reviewing/taking student feedback, and implementing methods for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate

Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel

Excellent customer service skills
