About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to build and maintain exceptional relationships with CXOs, industry leaders, policymakers, and influencers. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions, maintaining up-to-date guest records, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment.


Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

Location: Noida

Experience Required : 5 - 8 Years


Work Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, policymakers, and influencers.
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard impactful speakers for events, ensuring alignment with themes and objectives.
  • Coordinate guest attendance, appointments, and event schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and profiles.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Leverage networking skills to foster collaborations.


Skills, Experience & Expertise

  • Excellent relationships with CXOs, industry experts, policy makers, influencers.
  • Efficient at multitasking for timely deliveries
  • Good articulation and communication skills
  • Superior tracking abilities that allow managing attendance and appointments Technically efficient to maintain up-to-date data and guest's records Excellent networking skills


Eligibility

  • 5-10 Years of experience. The role will report to AVP Revenue & Strategic Initiatives
  • Background in TV from business news channels is preferred.
