Location: Gurugram (On-Site)

Experience: 1-2 years

Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 6 PM- 3AM /8 PM - 5AM (Night Shift)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and chat support

· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email, chat, and other channels

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

· Demonstrate strong product knowledge to present and pitch products/services to potential clients.

· Accurately handle order processing, service requests, and complaints.

· Provide solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.

· Assist in sales & lead generation to support business growth.

· Prepare sales reports, analyse data, and provide market feedback.

· Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries, issues, and grievances.

· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Required Skills:

· Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills

· Familiarity with CRM tools and relevant software.

· Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

· Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer support will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
