RoleOverview:
We are seeking a skilled BusinessIntelligence Analyst specializing in Zoho CRM to enhance ouroperational efficiencies and customer relationship management. Thisrole is crucial in optimizing our CRM system developing robustreporting mechanisms and ensuring that our business processes arestrategically aligned.
KeyResponsibilities:
- CRMOptimization : Implement and customize Zoho CRM tostreamline customer interactions and salesprocesses.
- SystemImplementation : Develop and integrate systems toenhance data collection and process automation across variousdepartments.
- Reporting andAnalytics : Design and maintain regular reportingsystems using Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights intosales customer trends and operationalefficiency.
- Strategic BusinessAnalysis : Work closely with senior management totranslate business needs into system requirements and ensure thatthe CRM and analytics tools are aligned with businessobjectives.
- Training andSupport : Conduct training sessions for staff toensure optimal use of the CRM system and foster datadrivendecisionmaking.
- ProcessImprovement : Continually assess and enhance businessprocesses leveraging data from CRM to improve organizationalperformance.
Required Skills andQualifications:
- Proven experience withZoho CRM and a strong background in business intelligence andanalytics.
- Strong analytical skills with asolid foundation in data analysis and report creation using ZohoAnalytics.
- Excellent problemsolving abilitiesand a detailoriented approach tochallenges.
- Superior communication skillscapable of effectively articulating technical concepts tonontechnical team members.
- Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in asimilar role preferably within the retailsector.
