About the Role:
Are you an all-in-one marketing and design powerhouse?
Join BiziBean, a fast-growing coffee chain serving up premium brews at 100+ locations nationwide, including standalone outlets in Delhi-NCR and PVR-INOX cinemas across India.

We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of the brand's entire marketing strategy, from revamping the logo and packaging to designing and managing social media campaigns. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves working closely with the Senior Management. As the first full-time marketing hire, this is a rare opportunity to build BiziBean's marketing department from scratch. You'll not only shape the BiziBean's marketing strategy across all touchpoints, but also have the chance to build and lead your own team as the brand scales nationally.
PLEASE NOTE: BiziBean is proudly operated by Nirula's, the legendary Ice Cream and Food Brand with 200+ Outlets. This means you'll also have mentorship and guidance from 8 creative and marketing professionals from the Nirula's Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and Executing BiziBean's entire Marketing Strategy
  • Accordingly redesigning current Branding Assets, including Logo, Product Packaging, Menus, Promotional Posters, Social Media Creatives, Outlet Décor (Vinyls, Standees) and more.
  • Spearhead Social Media Campaigns
  • Be the "Go-To" person for all things BiziBean Marketing

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ Years of Experience (F&B Industry Highly Preferred)
  • Ability to use a Suite of Designing Softwares like Adobe, Corel, Canva etc
  • Experience Designing Outlet Marketing Assets like Posters, Standees
  • Experience Designing Social Media Graphics
  • Unmatched Creativity and Ability to Think Outside the Box
