Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and eager Non IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment in non-IT sectors and seeking to develop a career in talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates for non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screening: Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for non-IT roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions for non-IT positions on various job portals and social media platforms. Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates. Candidate Communication: Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand the specific requirements for non-IT roles and assist in tailoring recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring smooth transitions into their new roles. Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and contribute to enhancing the candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field. Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
