Role: Offshore Tech Lead Location: Ambattur, Chennai Employment type: Full-time (On-roll, not contract) Work type: Work from Office – must be flexible for night shifts (not permanent night shift) Experience: 5 - 8 years Compensation: : ₹16 LPA – 18 LPA Qualification: Graduation (10 + 2 + 4) Key Responsibilities Leadership (40%) Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers and validation engineers. Conduct sprint planning, reviews, standups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure development best practices. Drive career growth, team performance, and innovation culture. Hands-on Development (60%) Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software. Debug and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in architectural decisions and coding standards. Implement CI/CD, testing frameworks, and Dev Ops best practices. Stay updated with modern technologies and frameworks. Mandatory (in-depth knowledge – must score high in evaluation): C#, SQL, My SQL, Java Script, React JS, Web API Preferred: . NET Core, Python, Git, SDLC knowledge, Testing exposure Good to Have: PHP (legacy support), Selenium (automation tools), Azure AI Foundry / Amazon Bedrock (LLM implementation) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred). 5+ years  of software development experience. 2+ years  of proven leadership experience. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred. Strong understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
