Vice President – IT Ops Intellisync Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of IT Operations to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and operational excellence within a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement IT operational strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and manage the IT operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and data centers. Ensure system availability, reliability, and security across all IT platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and technology initiatives. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, and data center management. Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
