Job Description

We are hiring Customer Success Associates – L1 to join our dynamic team at Reach Mobile. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to engage with international clients to deliver excellent support and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for international customers, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and empathetic support experience.
  • Document interactions and update systems with relevant information.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (any stream).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Experience: Some international exposure (customer-facing role or interaction preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.

Pay: ₹25, ₹29,000.00 per month
