Objective: The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and recovery plans for Tata Projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and recovery plans.Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to integrate business continuity plans into all areas of the organization Identify potential risks and threats to business operations, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, supply chain disruptions, and other emergencies.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impactCoordinate with external partners, including vendors, clients, and government agencies, to ensure cohesive disaster response efforts.Establish recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) for key business processes.Monitor the effectiveness of business continuity plans through regular testing and drills.Create and update business continuity policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
