The Installed Base Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and growing the customer base of medical devices, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a Product knowledge of service, strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up Organization and process for providing Technical Service Support of Cutting-edge products in Surgical Imaging Space that includes:
Defining the levels of escalation & Resolution of customer complaints.
Measure Customer Satisfaction.
Program management of Complaints driven Product design changes.
Spare parts Management.
Service training for personnel including Channel partners.
Corrective & Preventive Actions needed for product complaints working closely with Engineering teams.
Remote Monitoring of Installations on periodic basis.
Service Contracts Management.
Customer Queries and field upgrades management.
Supports Post Market Surveillance and Post Market Clinical Follow Up Activities
2. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Should have field product service experience of minimum 5 -10 years with ability to handle teams and cross functional teams.
Problem solving Analytical mindset.
Excellent Quality Mindset to deal with Product complaint investigations, Corrective and Preventive actions.
Qualifications / Experience:
Graduate from Science or Engineering stream with minimum total industry experience of 10 -15 years.
