Are you a data-driven marketing wiz with a knack for driving results?We're seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this results-oriented role, you'll be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to achieve our business goals.Responsibilities:1, Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid search (PPC), social media advertising, and display advertising.2. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing keywords, audience segments, and campaign opportunities.3. Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).4. Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.5. Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.6. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the performance marketing landscape.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content marketing, analytics) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.9. Expertise in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms depending on the industry. Amazon ads will be an added advantage.10. Experience with conversion tracking and marketing automation tools.11. Superior written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.12. Experience with programmatic advertising will be an added advantage.
