Job Title : Project Manager (AI voice bots)Location : Bangalore (Onsite)Work Type : FulltimeShift Hours : 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST
Job SummaryOwner of end-to-end lifecycle of development, delivery, and maintenance of different types of integrations required as add-ons to Skit.ai products to enhance customer value. Your role will include liaising with clients to understand the requirements and managing internal stakeholders while developing and ensuring successful and time bound project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and ManagementDevelop detailed project plansCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsAnalyze and gather API documentation for new and existing integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Stakeholder CommunicationManage the relationship with the integration vendors and all internal stakeholdersProvide regular updates to clients and internal managementServe as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
Development Coordination :Manage the sprint cycles of integration development, including planning, execution, and review.Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure integrations meet client specifications and standards.
Risk ManagementIdentify potential blockers in execution proactively and take measures to mitigate it or communicate to seek help
Quality AssuranceDevelop testing strategies and manage the testing phase to validate integrationsEnsure high-quality standards are met for all project deliverables
Launch and Post-Launch ActivitiesManage the launch of new integrations, ensuring a smooth rollout for clients.Monitor post-launch performance and troubleshoot any issues that ariseMaintain comprehensive project documentationPrepare and deliver project reports
Requirements:
Experience3 – 6 years’ experience as a project manager in the technology sector.Experience in AI or related fields is a plus.
SkillsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). o Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. o Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Zoho).
EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Masters in Business administration
Preferred Qualifications
CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Technical SkillsKnowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.Experience with analytics tools like Excel, Metabase, google Analytics and basic understanding of SQL
