Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Chhatarpur. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to meet targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, especially in financial services or related industries
- Strong customer relationship management and networking skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in rural or under-banked market segments is a plus
