Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Executive to join our team at Khyati Shield Ventures Pvt Ltd. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for someone with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Noida, Delhi, Ambala, Ahmedabad, Surat, Gurgaon, and Bhopal. The chosen candidate will augment our efforts in planning, driving and managing our sales operations efficiently. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales operations with a comprehensive understanding of security and facility management services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and potential clients. Ability to monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and development. Familiarity with managing security operations aligns with our core services and products. Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently. Capability to collaborate effectively with a field officer team to ensure robust operations execution. Must have 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles within a Business Consulting and Services environment. Roles and Responsibilities Support sales teams with operations improvements, system enhancements, and automation. Develop and implement sales strategies that boost proven field success rates and contribute to growth. Coordinate closely with security and surveillance teams to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently. Analyze existing sales processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Track long and short-term sales data to demonstrate the effectiveness of our sales strategies. Assist in preparing and managing the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies as they relate to the sales operations function. Provide ongoing training and support to sales personnel to improve their capability and service delivery performance.
