Role: Inside Sales Executive – B2 B Saa S Location: On-site (Navalur, Chennai) | Type: Full-time | Experience: 2–5 years Role Overview You’ll be part of our core inside sales team, responsible for closing B2 B Saa S deals with hotels (supply-side) and corporates/agents/TMCs (demand-side). You’ll pitch our platform, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and onboarding teams. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients via outbound outreach and inbound leads Conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to hotels or travel buyers Close deals and ensure activation with support from the onboarding team Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM Coordinate with marketing and product to refine messaging and customer fit Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Required Qualifications 2–5 years of B2 B sales experience, ideally in Saa S, hospitality tech, or travel technology Proven track record in inside sales – managing remote demos, negotiations, and onboarding Experience working with corporates, agents, hotels, or TMCs Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills Based in or able to commute to Navalur, Chennai Preferred Qualifications Experience selling hotel tech (CRMs, channel managers, booking engines, etc.) Familiarity with travel procurement, reconciliation, or payout systems Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment Immediate joiners preferred What You’ll Gain Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives Deep exposure to hospitality and fintech workflows Work directly with founders and core product teams Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling Saa S company
