Role: Customer Success – Saa S Location: Bangalore / Pune Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA What you’ll do: Support customers post-onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of Saa S products Handle day-to-day queries and provide timely resolutions Educate customers on features, best practices, and product updates Track customer health, usage, and feedback to improve satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Support / Account Coordination (Saa S preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Empathy and patience in handling customer needs Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-growing Saa S environment
