Job Title: Interior Site Engineer – High-End Projects

Location: Jaipur

Department: Site Engineering / Project Execution

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee and execute Interior works for our high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.

  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).

  • (2–5) years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
