Ability to create innovative & practical design for Residential & Commercial spaces.
- Pre-Design Management
- End to End ownership in meeting clients, gathering client requirements, site coordination, material selection.
- Conversant with providing detailed material specification, site supervision and execution.
- Complete drawing sets to be released keeping every detail in mind. Ensure all the Line drawings, 3-D layouts & GFC drawings are provided well in time, along with material specifications.
- Attention to detail, carefully following instruction and checking work for accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Budget Management
- Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment ,motivation and energy.
- Ability to work in the face of pressure and setbacks and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people and work co-operatively with others

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
